介绍一个测试磁盘IO的工具 hdparm.

安装

yum -y install hdparm

查看磁盘

[root@v157-7-197-211 ~]# fdisk -l

Disk /dev/vda: 21.5 GB, 21474836480 bytes

16 heads, 63 sectors/track, 41610 cylinders

Units = cylinders of 1008 * 512 = 516096 bytes

Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes

I/O size (minimum/optimal): 512 bytes / 512 bytes

Partition 1 does not end on cylinder boundary.

用hdparm测试磁盘IO，我们选第二块硬盘

[root@v157-7-197-211 ~]# hdparm -t /dev/vda2

/dev/vda2:

 Timing buffered disk reads: 532 MB in  3.00 seconds = 177.12 MB/sec

这一测试结果说明，这个磁盘上读取数据的速度是每秒177MB。
