安装程序的时候出现下面的错误，安装失败

ERROR: new encoding (UTF8) is incompatible with the encoding of the template database (SQL_ASCII) Hint: Use the same encoding as in the template database, or use template0 as template.

解决方法：

• 更改OS编码

 sed -i 's/^/#/g' /etc/sysconfig/i18n

 echo 'LANG="en_US.UTF-8"' >> /etc/sysconfig/i18n

• 重启服务器

• 查看locale，都改成utf8啦

• 重新初始化数据库

service postgresql-9.3 stop
rm -rf /var/lib/pgsql/9.3/data
service postgresql-9.3 initdb
vi /var/lib/pgsql/9.3/data/pg_hba.conf
修改如下内容
host    all             all             127.0.0.1/32            ident
↓
host    all             all             127.0.0.1/32            trust
service postgresql-9.3 start
